1. Eligibility for Returns
- Request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging/seal.
- If you received a wrong or damaged item, please send photos when contacting us for a faster resolution.

- After we receive your request, we will approve the return and provide instructions for pickup or drop-off.

3. Refund Method
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method when possible.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, a refund may be issued via bank transfer or as store credit, based on your preference.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened, used, or tested products (especially perfume testers).
- Clearance or discounted items marked “non-returnable.”
5. Additional Notes
- Return shipping costs may apply unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.
